Digital Communications Executive – Approx 4 hours a week – either employed or freelance opportunity

We are looking for a creative, social media whizz who:

  • Is creative and confident at making/editing videos
  • Has experience using/creating content for TikTok personally and or professionally
  • Is competent in the workings of all social platforms but in particular Instagram and TikTok
  • Can create content for Instagram – including photo posts, Instagram Reels & Instagram Stories
  • Is a talented wordsmith who can devise a clever tagline or hashtag
  • Can produce monthly analytical reports
  • Is able to manage both platforms and monitor engagement via comments and DM’s
  • Can communicate with our clients/brand owners to learn about their products and portray their desired messaging through their social platforms

A familiarity with the provision of social media management to third party client accounts would be an advantage, but not essential.

Part-time Office Administrator

We are a small, long established and professional publishing company based in Steeple Bumpstead looking for a part-time office administrator to join our friendly and productive team.

You will be liaising with various departments to help pull each of our publications together therefore first-rate communication skills are a must.

You must be the sort of person who pays attention to detail and is meticulous in your work and time management as we are a deadline-based business. You must be familiar with Excel and Word and preferably be able to type. A knowledge or interest in natural and organic products, the sector in which we operate, would be useful but not essential.

Hours are flexible for the right person but ideally, we would like someone who can work something akin to 3 x 5-hour days on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Unless you live in Steeple Bumpstead, you will need your own transport and there is ample free parking.

Duties will include liaising with our advertisers to get their copy for all our magazines, managing that copy thereafter, databasing, data mining to provide possible leads for our sales and social media teams, producing management reports, helping out at an occasional exhibition and general office admin.

Media Sales Executive – Part time

We are looking for a self motivated, energetic, results driven, customer focused, media sales person to join us to sell advertising solutions and media services across our natural health industry titles.

The right candidate will:

  • Have already gained some experience selling advertising across various platforms
  • Be confident making telephone sales calls and meeting clients face to face
  • Understand and be used to working to, and achieving, sales targets
  • Be willing to take guidance and direction
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Have a car and clean driving licence
  • Be able to work in our Steeple Bumpstead office
